A Historic Milestone on Bursa Malaysia

In a remarkable corporate journey, Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad (“LSH Capital”) has officially transferred its listing from the ACE Market to the prestigious Main Market of Bursa Malaysia under the Construction sector. Approved by the Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia on October 2, 2026, the transfer was executed via an accelerated process after the Group met all stringent criteria—including maintaining a daily market capitalisation of at least RM1 billion over six months and demonstrating a robust profit track record.

A Meteoric Ascent Across Three Markets

LSH Capital’s progression represents a rare "hat-trick" across Bursa Malaysia’s three trading platforms in just over five years. Starting on the LEAP Market in July 2021, the Group shifted to the ACE Market in March 2025 before making its grand entry into the Main Market just 18 months later. Over this period, LSH Capital’s market valuation experienced an incredible surge, rising from approximately RM46.2 million at its initial market debut to around RM1.5 billion ahead of this latest milestone.

Beyond Conventional Construction

This capital market evolution reflects LSH Capital’s rapid expansion across the full construction value chain. Moving far beyond traditional contracting, the Group has built a diversified and resilient business model encompassing material and equipment supply, engineering expertise, property development, and facilities management—which includes operating iconic assets like the Kuala Lumpur Tower. Central to its strategy is the proprietary BEST Collaboration Framework, enabling LSH Capital to partner with landowners and developers as an integrated delivery partner.

Greater Visibility and Unwavering Growth

Reflecting on the achievement, LSH Capital Chairman Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng noted that the Main Market listing is not a final destination, but a launchpad for future growth. The step up is expected to significantly enhance investor visibility and stock liquidity as the Group continues to fortify its three core business pillars. Furthermore, LSH Capital reiterated its commitment to value creation, backed by its policy of distributing 30% of profit after tax—a promise fulfilled through continuous dividend payouts every quarter since its ACE Market listing.
