SBS Nexus Berhad Poised for ACE Market Listing With IPO Prospectus Launch

A Significant Step Toward Public Listing
SBS Nexus Berhad has marked an important milestone in its corporate journey with the launch of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) prospectus in Kuala Lumpur. The branding and marketing solutions specialist is set to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on 20 January 2026, following more than two decades of building its integrated multi-channel marketing ecosystem. M&A Securities is acting as the adviser, sponsor, underwriter, and placement agent for the IPO exercise.

Overview of the IPO Structure
The IPO entails a public offering of 171.5 million ordinary shares, comprising 122.5 million new issue shares and 49.0 million offer-for-sale shares, representing 35% of the company’s enlarged share capital of 490 million shares. The new issue shares are allocated to the Malaysian public, eligible directors and employees, Bumiputera investors approved by MITI, as well as selected investors through private placement.
Utilization of IPO Proceeds
At an IPO price of RM0.25 per share, SBS Nexus targets to raise RM30.63 million. The proceeds will be channeled toward strategic initiatives including the establishment of a new headquarters, business expansion, branding and promotional activities, partial repayment of bank borrowings, working capital, and listing expenses. Applications for the public portion opened on 23 December 2025 and will close on 7 January 2026.

Demonstrated Financial Growth and Resilience
SBS Nexus has recorded strong financial momentum ahead of its listing. Revenue increased from RM11.60 million in FY2022 to RM29.92 million in FY2024, while profit after tax rose from RM1.58 million to RM7.60 million over the same period. For the six months ended 30 June 2025, revenue reached RM21.76 million, accompanied by higher profit after tax, reflecting the company’s solid growth trajectory.
Positioning as an Integrated Branding and Marketing Partner
The company continues to strengthen its position as a comprehensive branding and marketing solutions provider, integrating offline and digital platforms. Its offerings span outdoor media, public relations, events, online marketing, digital broadcasting, content production, and web and app development. With the IPO paving the way for expansion and a new headquarters, SBS Nexus is preparing to enter its next phase of growth as a publicly listed entity.
