Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad ("LSH Capital" or "the Group") recently held a momentous event, celebrating the grand opening of TigaTiga @ LSH33 ("TigaTiga"), an exciting new neighbourhood mall in the heart of Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. LSH33, a dynamic development, is designed for modern, affordable, and sustainable living, offering great connectivity with easy access to the DUKE Highway and being just 5km from Kuala Lumpur's city centre. This milestone event wasn't just about commerce; it was also a profound statement of LSH Capital’s commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.
TigaTiga @ LSH33: Your New Neighbourhood Hub
The opening of TigaTiga brings a fantastic new retail and lifestyle hub to the Laman Seri Harmoni ("LSH33") development. The mall is set to cater to the modern needs of both local residents and visitors. A major highlight is the presence of Village Grocer as the anchor tenant. This premium supermarket, which marks their 32nd outlet, will provide top-quality products and excellent customer service, making TigaTiga a go-to spot for daily needs and much more. The entire development beautifully blends comfort, connectivity, and lifestyle, promising a vibrant new chapter for the Sentul neighbourhood.
Handing Over the Pusat Agihan Zakat (PAZA) Building to MAIWP
In a deeply impactful gesture, LSH Capital utilized the occasion to officially hand over a newly built Pusat Agihan Zakat ("PAZA") building to Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (“MAIWP”). This isn't just a building; it's a vital new centre for the community. Located in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur, the facility will be known as Pusat Agihan Zakat (PAZA) MAIWP Cawangan Batu. This project was a collaborative Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR") effort between LSH Capital and its esteemed partner, Besteel Engtech Sdn Bhd, with the total donation amounting to a generous RM600,000.00.
A Commitment to Community and Welfare
The donation of the PAZA building is a powerful symbol of LSH Capital’s dedication to fostering harmonious relationships and contributing tangibly to the welfare of the local community. Serving as a critical zakat distribution centre, it will provide essential resources and support to those in need. Furthermore, LSH Capital's commitment extends to education, as they have also supported MAIWP's kindergarten, Permata MAIWP Nurul Yakin. This support will go towards purchasing new equipment and introducing relevant programs, creating a more conducive and enriching environment for the students.

A Word from the Executive Director
Mr. Lim Ding Shyong, Executive Director of LSH Capital, spoke about the significance of the donation, stating, “We are honoured to be able to contribute to the welfare of the community with the handover of the PAZA building to MAIWP. This donation reflects our ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, as we continue to play an active role in supporting local initiatives that foster social welfare, unity, harmony and togetherness.” It's clear that for LSH Capital, building communities goes far beyond just constructing buildings.
