From 28 February to 31 March 2025, Lemon Garden offers a specially curated Sajian Istimewa buffet featuring authentic Malay dishes, alongside luxurious hampers and festive treats from Lemon Garden 2Go.

A Taste of Tradition at Lemon Garden
Lemon Garden transforms its outdoor area into a lively warong-style bazaar, reminiscent of traditional Ramadan markets, where guests can explore an array of live cooking stations serving authentic Malay delicacies.
Guests can indulge in signature dishes crafted by esteemed chefs:
Chef Muhammad Safri’s Kambing Bakar ‘Meletup’ – Marinated for 24 hours with bold spices and grilled to perfection, served with biryani rice and turmeric-coconut gravy.
Chef Nahar’s Rendang Tok Daging Tulang Rusuk – A royal Perak delicacy featuring slow-cooked beef short ribs with toasted coconut and coconut milk.
Chef Hafiz’s Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak – A Pahang specialty of silver catfish cooked in fermented durian paste, delivering bold and aromatic flavours.
Chef Rasyafiq’s Laksa Johor – A Johorean twist on laksa with spaghetti instead of rice noodles, slow-cooked fish-based gravy, and rich spices.
Chef Fazriza’s Kuih Bakar Dangai dengan Gula Melaka – A Penang dessert made from glutinous rice flour, coconut, and palm sugar, boasting a chewy texture with caramel sweetness.
Other festive must-haves include Bubur Lambuk, Ketupat, Lemang with Serunding, and classic desserts like Ice Kacang, Chendol, and Pengat Pisang.
The buffet also features international selections, including a Western theatre kitchen, seafood station, and Asian theatre kitchen, offering artisanal cheeses, sushi, dim sum, and wood-fired pizzas.
