Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad, a specialist in foundational construction, has landed a massive RM50.54 million Letter of Award from Clement Chan Architects on behalf of Kuala Lumpur Metro Property Sdn. Bhd. This contract is for foundational and sub-structure works on a high-profile mixed development along Jalan Sultan Ismail, one of Kuala Lumpur's most prestigious commercial corridors. This major win solidifies Aneka Jaringan's reputation for taking on complex, high-density urban projects.
Building the Foundation for a 62-Storey Giant
The scope of work is demanding and crucial, covering essential foundational and structural elements: earthworks, diaphragm wall construction, piling, and sub-structure works. This groundwork will support an incredible structure: a 62-storey serviced apartment and hotel tower sitting atop a 10-storey podium. This podium will serve as a multi-level commercial and hospitality hub, featuring retail spaces, restaurants, car park levels, and crucial M&E services—a true example of modern, high-rise urban design .

Execution Excellence Fuels Confidence and Growth
Managing Director Pang Tse Fui highlighted the strategic importance of the award, commenting that the Group is "honoured to be entrusted with this landmark project." He emphasized that the contract "underscores our proven track record in handling complex, high-density urban developments." Construction is scheduled to begin quickly on June 2, 2025, with completion slated for December 1, 2026, ensuring a positive contribution to the Group’s earnings and net assets throughout the 2025 to 2027 financial years.
A Record-Breaking Year-to-Date Performance
This single contract win elevates Aneka Jaringan’s total project awards for the year-to-date to an impressive RM150.06 million as of May 15, 2025. This strong order book provides excellent earnings visibility and demonstrates the Group's success in actively pursuing strategic opportunities in both the private and public construction sectors, positioning them for continued long-term growth and influence in Malaysia’s construction landscape.
